The “Why” and the “Who.” You will deep dive into the core customer pain point to ensure you are solving a meaningful problem rather than chasing a trend. Simultaneously, we will work on your “Founder-Market Fit,” aligning your personal strengths and vision with the venture to answer the crucial investor question: Why are you the right person to build this?
Solution & Validation
The Evidence. Transform your problem understanding into a compelling value proposition. This week moves beyond theory into the real world; you will conduct rapid experiments and customer interviews to gather hard data. The goal is to validate your assumptions and prove that the market is willing to pay for your specific solution before you write a single line of code.
MVP & Go-To-Market
The Product and The Path. Define the scope of your Minimum Viable Product (MVP), strictly prioritizing features that deliver immediate core value. In parallel, you will draft your Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, identifying exactly where your customers live and selecting the most effective channels to acquire your first 100 users.
Execution Roadmap
The Plan. Translate your strategy into a concrete, timeline-based action plan. We will map out the critical milestones, resource requirements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the next 3–6 months. You will leave this week not just with an idea, but with a step-by-step operational guide to launch and grow.
